AuditMaster allows you to associate with every response to every question in an audit, two additional pieces of information. The first is known as the detailed report and the second the action. Reports are generated in Rich Text Format (RTF) which means that reports can be further enhanced using most popular word processing applications. Indeed the way the report is generated encourages you to use some of the formatting capabilities of these word processors to make the report look exactly as you need it to, with corporate styling, logos, headers and footers. The detailed report element is the stock phrase that should be entered into the report if the auditor has chosen that particular response. It is often the case that the detailed information for a poor or negative answer is longer than the answer for a good or positive response. Indeed a positive response may well have no detailed text associated with it (Negative reporting). As well as the detailed, wordy, response, you can associate an action with each choice. Actions are usually brief instructions on what must be done to change a poor answer into a good one. Do remember that all the detailed responses, actions and in the case of percentage questions the action levels are entirely under your control.
