AuditMaster is the main data collection, analysis and reporting component of the system. It presents audit questions in a structured and consistent way. The auditor is provided with help either as simple one-line hints or more comprehensive guidance can be found at just the click of a button.

A single AuditMaster audit is capable of handling a number of sets of data. These data sets could be generated by audits carried out at different locations or audits made at a single location over a period of time. The information collected can then be used to provide graphical comparisons between the sites, or demonstrate improvements in performance over time. Datasets can be grouped, allowing comparisons to be made and then combined to provide an overall "average" audit.
